Konopiště Castle is 40 kilometers southeast of Prague. Today it is primarily known as a principal and the last seat of the Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand d'Este, heir of the Austro-Hungarian throne, whose assassination in Sarajevo triggered World War.
